GREG WELD, INC. AND FORGITRON ANNOUNCE A NEW ALLIANCE
Greg Weld founder and former CEO of Weld Racing Wheels announced today he has agreed to an exclusive alliance with Forgitron to design, market and sell a new wave of advanced forged alloy wheels manufactured by Forgitron for the automotive aftermarket.

/Racecar and Racing News Articles/ - KANSAS CITY, MO, November 03, 2006 - Forgitron is a world-class forged wheel manufacturer based in Camden, South Carolina, and is owned by Gregg and John Hadgis. The Hadgis brothers have grown their business over the last 40 years as a leading finisher of "Tier 1" original equipment wheels. A few years ago, they strategically expanded their business into manufacturing forged aluminum wheels. "Forgitron has a great reputation for quality and efficiency," Weld said. Mr. Weld continues, "Forgitron's new multi-million dollar wheel manufacturing facility is truly state-of-the-art and has the advanced technology, capacity and quality levels to compete with any wheel manufacturer in the world". Forgitron has created an advanced new forged wheel process that will allow Greg Weld to introduce unique sizes, designs, high volumes, extraordinary quality and quick turn around times to the aftermarket wheel industry. "With Team Welds knowledge of the forged wheel aftermarket combined with Forgitron's manufacturing capabilities, I believe Forgitron could obsolete many of the wheel factories that I am very familiar with - both in the U.S. and abroad," Weld said.

"We are very excited that Greg Weld and Forgitron have created this alliance, we will be able to provide the art of design and cutting edge manufacturing technology," said Gregg Hadgis, President of Forgitron. Greg Weld will design, engineer and market the wheels. The Forgitron facility in Camden will supply them. "We are confident that our new forged wheel technology, combined with great new ideas from Greg Weld will revolutionize the industry", John Hadgis said. Forgitron's production capacity will exceed 1,000,000 forged wheels per year.

To help grow the new alliance, Weld has recruited several key employees. Significantly, Boyd Coddington Jr., formerly Weld Racing's vice president of marketing and Mike Kent, formerly Weld Racing's chief designer were the first to join the new "Team Weld ".

Weld said, "We will aggressively use Forgitron's new manufacturing capabilities to design and market forged wheels for many facets of the automotive aftermarket including wheels for motor sports, racing, trucks, SUV, modular wheels, and motorcycles among others."
